What type of results can I expect?

• Results will vary for each individual client, as we all have different health histories and situations. Some people will see results with minimal supplement and dietary changes, while others may require a more extensive and drawn-out strategy. It depends on the person. Question 2

How much can I expect to spend on supplements and other recommendations?

• Again, this is dependent on the extent of your current situation and goals. On average, most clients can expect about 8-12 supplement recommendations from each IRT, which can be upwards of $400 per month.
 • I also make other recommendations, such as sauna, massage, chiropractic, etc. I will work with you to tailor my recommendations to include the things you are most willing or able to do.

• Integrative Response Testing is the foundation of what I do. Other practitioners make recommendations based on what is ultimately their best guess. Often this entails months of trial and error. Some nutritionists and health coaches are no doubt better at assimilating information and giving effective recommendations than others, but it is always based on the extent of their knowledge. IRT allows me to "ask" your body what is best and not simply give you my best guess. I rely on my education and experience to help interpret the IRT results, and to explain why and how they are relevant to your situation.
 • I want you to be able to understand how my recommendations make sense given your current health challenges and goals, so I always provide articles, studies, videos and other resources to back up my recommendations.

What is Integrative Response Testing and how does it work?

• Integrative Response Testing was created by Dr. Nick Carruthers, largely based on Autonomic Response Testing developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt. IRT and ART work using the same principles, but they are used in slightly different ways to obtain slightly different information. They both incorporate applied kinesiology (“muscle testing”) and an understanding of quantum phenomena that allow the practitioner to evaluate and interpret the response of a person’s nervous and energetic systems in relation to various inputs.
 • This allows us to essentially “ask” a person’s body where the primary areas of stress are, and what will neutralize that stress. This can be a supplement, a food, a specific type of exercise, other types of therapies, or a combination of all of these. 
 • We use a hair sample, a few pieces of equipment, and an assistant who acts as a “surrogate” for the person whose hair is being tested. Through much trial and error, Dr. Nick and I discovered that testing someone’s hair via a surrogate is as accurate, if not more so, as testing that person directly.
 • This works because we test the energetic information emitted by the DNA in the hair, not the physical or chemical components of the hair (i.e. a hair mineral analysis). Our DNA emits and shares information in the form of biophotons (1,2,3). This information allows the body to communicate with itself and its environment (or another person’s body- i.e. the surrogate), and can then induce changes within the body in response to the environment. For more information on biophotons, look up the work of Fritz-Albert Popp, or simply search for “biophotons” in a scholarly literature database such as pubmed.gov. You will find that this is a measurable, reproducible and reliable scientific phenomenon, and that the body does indeed use biophotons to communicate with itself and its environment (1,2,3,4,5).
 • Because IRT “asks” the body what will be beneficial, it is not dependent on the extent of my knowledge. So it eliminates any guesswork or bias that I may have. I am constantly learning new connections and insights based on IRT results which I never would have guessed or known otherwise. That is why IRT is foundational to my practice.
 • Dr. Klinghardt's Autonomic Response Testing (the foundation of IRT) has been described in multiple peer-reviewed journal articles. One study showed that it is over 95% accurate in determining food sensitivities compared to IgE allergy testing, just one of its many applications (16). Multiple case reports have been written documenting its effectiveness in guiding care for chronically ill patients (17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22).

What is Bioresonance technology and how does it work?

 • Like IRT, Bioresonance also works on the basis of quantum phenomena and biophotons. The machine and software analyze the energetic information emitted by the person’s DNA, either in person or via a hair sample, in order to identify areas of low or high cellular energy and stress within different tissues of the body. Again, this is not a physical or chemical analysis of the hair, it is energetic (or informational) in nature. Because the DNA in your hair represents your whole genome, it contains information about every organ, tissue, etc. in your body. This allows the bioresonance technology to analyze different areas of your body from just your hair.
 • Biophotons (low-level-light particles) are emitted from DNA in every cell of your body. When a particular cell, tissue or organ is healthy, the light emissions are coherent- i.e. focused and sharp like a laser. This allows for effective sharing of information between cells (6,7,8,9). For example- wifi, bluetooth, and radios all use specific coherent wavelengths to transmit information. So do our cells. However, when a given tissue is stressed, the photon emissions become incoherent- i.e. scattered and out of phase with each other like a typical light bulb, which impedes effective intercellular communication, which leads to more stress (10, 11).
 • Bioresonance uses spectral analysis to measure the degree of coherence or incoherence of the light emissions, along with electromagnetic oscillations of DNA representing many different areas of the body. In this way it identifies areas of high or low stress and energy (12, 13).
 • In addition to analyzing the body, bioresonance technology can also be used to provide energetic therapy to help reduce the stress signals coming from the different areas of the body. The way it does this is similar to the way sound-canceling headphones work: the headphones analyze the sound waves entering from the outside and create in real time the inverse wave form. When the external sound wave meets its inverse, the two literally cancel each other out and the external sound is largely reduced. Similarly, bioresonance therapy creates the inverse (light)wave form, which cancels out the incoherent wave forms emitted by the DNA. Then your body is sending (and receiving) less stress signals and can therefore focus more on repairing and maintaining health rather than responding to stress. This is the basis of bioresonance therapy (13).
 • Bioresonance therapy works either directly on the body or through the hair. Yes, your actual body receives energetic therapy via your hair sample. This is achieved through phenomena known as quantum entanglement and quantum teleportation-- information can (and does) "travel" between entangled particles instantly despite the amount of space between them (14,15).
 • In my experience, Bioresonance is an effective therapy, especially when performed consistently, which is why I offer 1-week or even 6-week options. For each option, a week consists of 5 days of therapy performed via your hair sample, taking usually about 10 to 20 minutes per session depending on how many areas are being worked on. You do not need to do anything differently during these times; everything is done using your hair sample. For the 1-week option, you and I will discuss what areas of the body to focus on. This is more appropriate for acute concerns. The 6-week option is a better choice for more chronic concerns, and is meant to work in conjunction with all other recommendations. 
 • Bioresonanace therapy may be purchased a la carte or as an adjunct to a monthly program anytime after completing the Initial Intake process.

What is Biofield Tuning Fork therapy and how does it work?

• Biofield Tuning Fork therapy uses sound waves to correct incoherence within the biofield (the field of biophotons surrounding your body) by entraining the waveforms to allow for more effective communication.
 • While it is often used to identify and neutralize stored emotional trauma patterns, people have also reported the reduction of physical symptoms after sessions.
