• An initial Integrative Response Test (using your hair), with a comprehensive report detailing the results and my recommendations.

• A 45-minute Results and Recommendations Review in which we discuss the results of the IRT testing and my recommendations to help you reach your wellness goals.

The recommendations from your Initial Intake are intended to be followed for a two-month period.

After an Initial Intake, clients may choose a two-, four-, or six month package which include:

• One 30-minute follow-up per month

• Additional IRT testing and review calls every two months.

• Access to direct chat

• Additional mini-IRTs to help support you through any potential detox reactions or new symptoms
